TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Offer: A registered mechanic can get payment in their bank account through Zeapl Rewardz on sale of selected CEAT products as identified by CEAT from time to time (“Products”) and upon fulfilment of requirements as specified herein.

  2. This Offer is valid and applicable to mechanics duly registered with CEAT.

  3. This Offer is organized and administered by CEAT Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at 463, Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai – 400 030 (“CEAT” or “Company”).

  4. To participate in this Offer and to be eligible for the reward, registered mechanic (“You”):

    1. should be of or above 18 years of age;

    2. should be a resident of India;

    3. should be registered with CEAT;

    4. should sell Products;

    5. should have a valid Coupon Code or QR Code.

    6. must be a valid and active Aadhaar card holder in India at all times;

    7. must have a valid India phone number (verified by OTP)

    8. must not have been either convicted and / or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind; and

    9. must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by Court Order etc. and /or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.

  5. By participating in this Offer, You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirement as may be specified by CEAT.

  6. Presently, the maximum amount of reward is Rs. 10/- against each Coupon code or QR code. CEAT may at any time reduce/increase the amount of reward at their sole discretion. However, the maximum accumulation of the reward amount is allowed upto Rs. 17999/- in a financial year. Any such change made by CEAT from time to time shall form an integral part of these terms and conditions, as and when implemented.

  7. The validity of the Coupon Code or QR Code will be mentioned on the Coupon Code or QR Code.

  8. CEAT may at its sole discretion vary/amend/change the eligibility criteria, terms and conditions etc. for the Offer, without providing any reasons thereof.

  9. CEAT reserves the exclusive and unconditional right to withdraw/ suspend/ cancel this Offer without prior notice and without assigning any reasons thereof.

  10. The reward under this Offer

    1. is non-negotiable, non-exchangeable and non - transferable

    2. can only be used as specified; and

    3. cannot be combined with any other scheme or offer.

  11. Ceat will announce time to time dates when redemption window will be open to transfer earnings through this program into bank account. The reward against valid Coupon code or QR code may take from 24 to 48 hours to reflect in the registered mechanics bank account after requesting redemption, provided correct bank details were provided at the time of redemption.

  12. Coupon code or QR code can be used only once.

  13. You shall ensure that in order to avail the offer you have completed KYC requirements.

  14. You shall ensure that you comply with all requirements set forth in program TnC. CEAT shall not be responsible for any difficulties that you may face due to lack of compliance of program terms and conditions.

  15. CEAT shall not be responsible for any technical disruption and/or failure/ server problems and/ or any other difficulties of such nature, due to which You are unable to access Coupon code or QR code issued and/or avail the Offer and/or receive the reward.

  16. You understand and agree that acceptance of the Offer and reward(s) by You, constitutes grant of permission to CEAT to click your photographs and use your names, photograph, preferences (likes and dislikes), voice and comments and such other personal details for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide, only for the purposes of advertising and trade without any additional compensation whatsoever to You. You hereby provide your consent for sharing/submission of personal information to CEAT.

  17. You acknowledge and agree that all copyright and trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content related to the Offer shall remain, at all times, owned by CEAT and/or their respective owners.

  18. Incomplete / invalid / disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer and may also result in reversal of any reward availed by the registered mechanic.

  19. By participating in the Offer, You agree to waive the ‘Do not Disturb’ subscribed by You and confirm that the Company or their representatives shall be entitled to contact You through phone call, SMS and/or email for any particulars pertaining to the Offer and related activities.

  20. CEAT’s decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of the Offer. Under no circumstance, shall CEAT be liable to You and/or any third party for any lost profits or lost opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever.

  21. Any tax liability arising on account of any reward received by registered mechanic under this Offer, would be the liability and responsibility solely of the registered mechanic.

  22. The Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, differences and, or, any other matters in relation to and arising out of the Offer and, or, pertaining to the rules and regulations and, or, the terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.

  23. Max limit on invalid QR attempts : 5 (in 24-hr period).

  24. Max limit on OTP requests : 3 (in 1 hr period).

  25. Max allowed limit on successful scans : 10 ( per 24-hrs).

  26. Max allowed distance from base location(captured at registration) at the time of scan : 50km.
